Conference services In our small conference room for max 12-14 persons we have AV-equipment for seminars, meetings and
presentations. For one-day conferences we offer packages with charter
boat transports from Kasnäs, conference room with coffee / tea, lunch and a
Viking
style dinner. We can also offer visits
including an over-night stay in the chieftain hall Rodeborg. The price
for an over-night package is 184-234 € / person depending on group
size and program content. During the Winter season from October to April we can book conferences for up to 24 people around a table in our auditorium, which fits up to 60 persons if You don't require a conference table. We are open for group bookings all year round with the exception of a short period around Christmas and New Year. Contact us for more information! Viking dinners with program You can book Viking dinners with Viking age program in the reconstructed Chieftain hall Rodeborg. Minimum group size is 8 adults, and if needed the Chieftain hall fits up to 90 persons. The delicious meal is served on a wooden broad and the drinks in clay cups.
